Request for Proposals for Social Markeitng Campaign Development

The Northern Tobacco Strategy (NTS) of the Northern Healthy Communities Partnership (NHCP) is seeking proposals for the development of a social marketing campaign to reduce experimentation with commercial tobacco and regular light smoking among northern Saskatchewan youth ages 9 to 15.

Campaign development is meant as the first phase of implementing an existing medium-term social marketing strategy.  It is anticipated that this campaign will make significant use of social media platforms and proposals that include some consideration of social platform set-up and promotion and campaign evaluation are encouraged.
